Shipping policy

At La Forme, we aim to deliver your order as smoothly and safely as possible. All orders include free standard shipping, with optional upgrades available for larger items.

Order Processing

  • Please allow 1–7 business days for order processing before your shipment is dispatched.
  • Once your order is processed, it will enter the shipping phase based on the method selected at checkout.

Shipping Methods

1. Free Standard Shipping (Air or Sea Freight)

All orders qualify for free standard shipping.

  • Smaller items (lamps, accessories, décor) are shipped by air.
    Estimated delivery: 10–20 business days after dispatch.
  • Larger items (sofas, chairs, bulky furniture) are shipped by sea freight for safety and cost efficiency.
    Estimated delivery: 4–8 weeks after dispatch.

Please note: Sea freight timelines can vary due to port congestion, customs processing, and international logistics.

Express Shipping for Large Items (Optional Upgrade)

If you need your large item sooner, you can select Express Shipping at checkout (additional cost applies).

  • Express shipping sends large items by air freight.
  • Estimated delivery: 10–20 business days after dispatch.

This option is recommended if you are time-sensitive or furnishing your space on a deadline.

Tracking Information

  • Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you automatically.
  • Tracking updates may take 3–7 business days to appear depending on the shipping carrier and transit stage (especially for sea shipments).

Customs & Import Duties

All international orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) wherever possible.
If additional duties or taxes arise, the customer will be responsible unless stated otherwise.

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:

  • Provide your order number and photos (if applicable)
  • We will assist you immediately and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
