Because our products are shipped directly from our international manufacturing partners, we are unable to accept change-of-mind returns.
However, if your item arrives with any fault, damage, or manufacturing issue, our team will support you immediately.
We handle these situations case by case and will work with you to provide the best possible resolution.

This allows us to keep pricing fair, offer subsidised air freight, and avoid unnecessary waste.

When will I receive my order?
Compressed-Air Sofas & Furniture
Your order is shipped fully insured with two delivery options:
- Complimentary Sea Freight (Free): 6–8 weeks
- Express Air Freight (~2 weeks): Small additional fee (partially subsidised by us)
Tracking is provided as soon as your item is dispatched.
Designer Lamps
All lamps include free express air shipping.
Delivery time: ~2 weeks.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
How much does shipping cost?
- Sofas (Sea Freight): Free
- Sofas (Air Freight): A small, partially subsidised fee
- Lamps: Free express air shipping

- Tracked door-to-door
- Shipped via your choice of sea freight or express air freight
Sea freight is free (6–8 weeks), and express air freight arrives within ~2 weeks.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship across Australia and New Zealand.
If you are outside these regions, contact us and we may be able to arrange a custom delivery option.

Each product goes through multiple inspections before leaving the factory.
We work only with carefully selected manufacturers who maintain strict quality control standards, ensuring consistency in:

How do the air sofas work? Are they easy to inflate?
Very easy.
Each sofa arrives compressed, and inflation takes under 90 minutes.
They are designed for modern homes where style, comfort, and practicality matter
What happens if my sofa arrives damaged?
In the rare event that your order arrives with any damage or fault, we will handle everything for you.
Simply contact us with photos and our team will organise a replacement or solution as quickly as possible.
